Alevi St 9 Reconstruction Project

The building at Alevi Street 9 has undergone a thorough reconstruction aimed at preserving the architectural authenticity of the building while improving its structural durability and energy efficiency. During the work, the building's facade was updated, the staircase was renovated, and renovations were carried out in all apartments. Additionally, penthouses were constructed, adding new functionality to the building and increasing its usage possibilities. Thanks to the completed work, Alevi Street 9 is now a modern, durable, and energy-efficient living environment.
