Renovation of an apartment building

We successfully renovated an apartment building in Tondi, Tallinn, giving the structure a new and modern appearance. The project involved facade renovation, insulation, and the updating of technical systems to ensure energy efficiency and a more comfortable living environment for residents. During the work, we also improved the finishing of stairwells and common areas, making them visually more appealing and functional.
