We successfully renovated an apartment building in Tondi, Tallinn, giving the structure a new and modern appearance. The project involved facade renovation, insulation, and the updating of technical systems to ensure energy efficiency and a more comfortable living environment for residents. During the work, we also improved the finishing of stairwells and common areas, making them visually more appealing and functional. The project was completed on time and met the high expectations of both the apartment association and residents. The result is a safer, more economical, and aesthetically pleasing living environment.
